Wreath Awards

Description

This award can fit many different needs! We initially made it for recognizing yearly milestones (every 5 years from 5 to 50). But we quickly realized that it would work very well for other things from wedding table numbers to first, second, and third place awards at competitions.

Project Details

OVERVIEW:

Included in this set are the numbers 1-5 and then 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50. The name of the font I used for the numbers is Superclarendon (and is included in the file notes as well). I used Bello Script Pro for the name.

Be SURE to always always always measure your material with your calipers first and compare that to the slot size in the file and adjust it if needed.

If you choose to use thinner material and/or a single base instead of a double base, you’ll need to adjust the length of the tab at the bottom of the wreath, circle, and number to compensate.

NOTE: I included a “stem” in the file for you to use if you want to make your own numbers. It’s the bottom part of the number that goes into the base slot and it’s cut off right at the number. That way you can weld it to any other number, letter, or shape that you may need to make.

• 1/4″ Green Glass Acrylic
• 1/4″ MDF
• Slot Size: 0.215″
• I use Rustoleum and Krylon Primer and Spray Paints
• I use LocTiteGO2 glue

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• Less than 1/2 sheet of 11″ x 19″ MDF
• Less than 1/2 sheet of 11″ x 19″ Acrylic
