Description
This rustic and yet refined blend is bursting with flavors of ripe pear, caramel, spices and tangy garlic. The perfect balance of rich and light, its complexity is simple and easy on the palate. Using a torch, pieces of dried pear are hand charred to add a smoky caramel layer to the flavor profile. Notes of marshmallows over a smoky campfire pit rise up and fall as the last melody dissipates on the tongue.
Scorched Pear and Ginger Bitters pair up (pun intended) perfectly with vodka and gin based cocktails. Also a nice addition to rum and champagne.
