Pine Syrup

Description

Fresh from the pine forests of Maine, Vena’s Pine Syrup has a brisk, fresh flavor to compliment your beverage making. Use it in old fashioned’s, gin & tonics, or any drink to add a subtle and bright essence of pine.

Pine Old Fashioned

1.5 oz. bourbon whiskey
0.5 oz Vena’s Pine Syrup
a couple dashes of Vena’s Maine Pine Bitters, to taste

Muddle the syrup and bitters in a chilled rocks glass. Add ice, pour bourbon on top, and stir. Garnish with a pine sprig or an orange twist.
